Accelerate Tomorrow AI Summit (ATS) 2026 is Germany’s leading executive event focused on AI transformation at scale. On 2–3 June 2026, we bring together 2,000 senior business leaders, 200+ top-level speakers, and AI pioneers in Berlin to move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide impact.

To support the success of our AI startup partners, we are looking for an AI Startup Partner Manager (Intern) to work closely with our Partner Success Manager and ensure smooth execution across the Tech Fair and startup partnerships.

The Role

As an AI Startup Partner Manager (Intern), you support the implementation and coordination of our AI startup partnerships and Tech Fair exhibitors throughout the entire execution phase.

You’ll work closely with the Partner Success Manager, Event Operations, and Marketing to ensure all agreed deliverables are executed at a high standard.

Your Mission With Us

• AI Startup Partner Support: Assist in onboarding AI startup partners and act as a day-to-day contact for operational questions
• Tech Fair Coordination: Support the planning and execution of the Tech Fair, including booth logistics, materials, and space coordination
• Partner Implementation: Help prepare briefing materials outlining timelines, requirements, and deliverables, and track implementation progress
• Operational Alignment: Coordinate with Event Operations and Marketing to ensure deliverables are executed correctly
• On-Site Support: Support AI startup partners during event days, assist with booth setups, and help ensure smooth execution across the Tech Fair

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in AI, startups, and emerging technologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
• A results-driven mindset, with a history of being a top performer
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment
• Availability for a 3-month internship in Berlin
