AI Tender and Pricing Business Analyst (M/F/D)

Tasks : Full assessment of the end‑to‑end Tender Management process Conducting a comprehensive review of existing process and tools in 3 countries (including US) on Pricing and Commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Preparing detailed process and technology maps Developing a standard integrated gross to net mapping Deliver price policy support, including the development and documentation of core pricing, contracting principles and governance standards Ensure alignment and high quality outputs Participate in regular stakeholder discussions, facilitated meetings, and targeted workshops across functional teams Solid hands-on experience delivering AI and data‑driven projects including outside pharma 10+ years of Business Analyst experience Professional experience across industries plus 7+ years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry Master’s Degree Technical implementation experience in SAP-Hana, Salesforce in commercial projects Strong domain know how of pricing, contracting and tender management process from a business perspective esp from other major Pharma and Life Sc companies Clear understanding of commercial data and KPIs Client engagement and consulting experience in US and Europe Profound documentation and presentation skills Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working Excellent communication and Microsoft skills Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
