AI Transformation Lead

YOUR MISSION

• Define and drive the AI transformation from a people perspective
• Turn AI strategy into a clear and simple direction that can be understood across the business
• Work closely with the Competence Center for AI, Global People Team, and Functional AI leads to align on priorities and next steps
• Design a practical change and communication approach to support the rollout of AI initiatives
• Create key materials such as management presentations, training concepts, and communication formats to support the transformation
• Help build a structured approach to AI adoption that can be used across different teams and functions

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong experience working on AI or digital transformation initiatives, ideally in large or international organizations
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, including presenting and discussing topics at C-level
• Experience in change management and communication, especially in environments where new technologies are introduced
• Ability to work across different teams and functions, bringing people together and aligning them
• Practical mindset with the ability to turn ideas into clear actions and deliverables
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, or frameworks that can be reused and scaled
