Your tasks

• Conducting lease and property negotiations and drafting corresponding contracts based on Airbus standards

• Strategic management of tenancies in the role of both tenant and landlord

• Responsibility for data entry and maintenance in property-related databases (contract, area and GIS data)

• Coordination and implementation of space handovers, including the necessary legally compliant documentation

• Preparation of service charge settlements and proactive checking of incoming settlements

• Preparation of internal and external reporting (annual financial statements, management report, cash flow analyses, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or business administration (Master's or diploma degree required)

• Several years of sound professional experience (at least 3 years) in project management

• Relevant expertise in the real estate business (real estate management) as well as in bookkeeping/accounting is a mandatory requirement

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and a confident manner towards stakeholders

• Willingness to travel to other Airbus locations in southern Germany
