**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically-minded leader to take on the dual role of * Head of Campus Network Germany * and * Service Delivery Manager * for our German national network infrastructure. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless, high-quality operation and delivery of connectivity services within a Product and Service Line (PSL) model, particularly focusing on Service Operation and Delivery.
Based in * Ottobrunn, Germany * , you will be the local representative and accountable authority for all German network activities while collaborating closely with international teams across France, the UK, and Spain. * This position reports directly to the Head of Campus Network. *

**Key Responsibilities & Leadership Scope**
This demanding role operates within a matrix organization, requiring strong leadership, excellent * Project Management capabilities * , and communication skills in an international setting:
* * Leadership & Team Delivery: * You will * lead your direct team (10 reports) * in line with the Airbus Leadership Model and functionally steer a team of * approximately 30 professionals * (RUN Operations resources) to ensure the end-to-end delivery of all operational tasks.
* * Functional Management (Service Delivery): * Provide functional leadership and guidance across the four domains of PSL Connectivity: * Campus Network, Datacenter Network, Wide Area Network, and Network Security * .
* * Customer & Service Excellence: * Secure * on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery * to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage * Reporting, KPIs, and SLAs * .
* * Operational Governance: * Oversee Change, Problem, and critical Stakeholder Management across the network domain. Ensure the * Configuration Management Database (CMDB) * is consistently maintained and kept up-to-date.
* * Financial and Contract Management: * Manage the * financial administration of vendor contracts * for Maintenance, Licensing, and Support.
* * Operations & Planning: * Ensure the operation of the network infrastructure in * close alignment with Product Managers * and plan the * on-call service (Rufbereitschaft) * schedule.
* * Continuous Improvement & Business Value: * * Promote innovation and continuous improvement * , identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, and secure the business long-term to contribute to Airbus profitability.
* * International Representation: * Act as the representative for PSL Connectivity Germany in the international organizational environment.
* * Compliance & Security: * Ensure compliance with stringent security requirements, including obtaining the * German official security clearance (Ü2) * .

**Profile & Mandatory Requirements**

* * Leadership & Project Skills: * Proven leadership experience, ideally in a Service Delivery or Operations role (PSL model preferred). * Strong Project Management skills are essential. *
* * Technical Advantage: * Experience with network infrastructure technologies from vendors such as * Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and EfficientIP * , as well as expertise in * Wide Area Network (WAN) * solutions, is a significant benefit.
* * Language Proficiency: *
* * German: * Fluent in both spoken and written German is mandatory
* * English: * Business fluency (company language) is mandatory
