AIRBUS: Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (d/f/m)

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

Was Sie mitbringen

• A degree in engineering, supply chain/logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in planning/procurement, customer service, or supply chain/logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business fluency in English
• Good knowledge of French and Spanish
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner to plan deadlines, coordinate workflows efficiently and meet targets on time
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels
• Confident and professional manner, as well as the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
