Alibaba Cloud - Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist (Europe Region) - Munich

Overview

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development : Identify and engage potential candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social platforms, talent databases, referrals). Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with Alibaba Cloud’s international hiring needs, with a primary focus on Europe.
• Market & Talent Research : Monitor employment trends and conduct talent market research in key business regions. Provide insights into industry movements, organizational structures, and competitor talent strategies to support recruitment planning.
• Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Teams : Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates into the recruitment funnel.
• Employer Branding Support : Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting referral programs, coordinating talent engagement activities, and representing Alibaba Cloud at sourcing-related events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, with proficiency in Boolean search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms/tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies to attract international talent.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing talent in cloud technology, AI, sales, pre-sales, or post-sales domains.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and track conversion metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness.
• Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
