The Analyst role focuses on insurance clients, helping them benchmark performance, identify gaps, and implement best‑practice solutions. You will work within a small, cross‑functional team, collect and analyze data, and develop actionable insights for our clients.

Your Impact

You will be part of a project team that analyzes data, evaluates results, generates actionable insights and delivers recommendations to clients. The role involves gathering client data, conducting research, performing quantitative analysis, and presenting findings. Projects typically run for six months, requiring in‑depth expertise in the data and subject matter.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy, financial services, consulting, or data analytics
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written communication
• Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective interpersonal and client‑management skills
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
