Analyst – Fund Management

to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with regulated real estate fund vehicles and support investment strategies for institutional investors.

Your Responsibilities Support the fund management of regulated real estate fund vehicles for institutional investors Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio strategies across

Office and Retail

asset classes Prepare financial feasibility analyses, cash flow models, and performance analyses at both

fund and asset level Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes Collaborate with internal teams across asset management, transactions, and finance

Your Profile Successfully completed university degree with a focus on

Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Financial/Business Mathematics Initial relevant professional experience in

real estate fund management, portfolio management , or related areas such as

transactions, valuation, or asset management Strong knowledge of

cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial structures Fluent in German and English
