Your Tasks
- Data procurement
- Ensure streamlined data procurement processes with procurement across all CCUs to enable consistency, efficiency, and timely availability of critical data
- Continuous Development of the OPEX Analytical set-up
Drive continuously the further development of reports, data analytics and business intelligence solutions to the
OPEX stakeholders (central & local organizations)
- Lead the CCU planning and proactively identify any roadblocks in terms of OAT capacity planning, data procurement and data quality and solve these timely together with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track user satisfaction (regular update of the OAT survey, regular update of the NPS survey with DAIA support)
Data quality management
- Ensure OPEX & commercial data quality & data governance (data pipelines, data provision and data refitting into internal systems) with focus on data consistency and efficiency • Work with internal teams (e.g. OAT, MIQ, Finance) to continuously improve data collection, data quality, reporting processes and the tools used to support the OPEX program
- Lead with impact to foster data strategy, data platforms & standards and data governance in close collaboration within the business (global, regional, local) and with IT
- Lead with impact in a matrix to foster a EUNA culture of data-driven decision-making & translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and digital products
Team enablement & x-functional thought leadership
- Provide guidance, mentorship and thought leadership to Data & Insight Analysts (located in Poland)
Provide thought leadership on new commercial qualification fields for the OAT & EUNA Commercial Teams (e.g. Data Science and AI for business) - Define & train analytical standards, frameworks and best practices across the EUNA region to generate high quality data & insights for growth in collaboration with regional stakeholders and EUNA countries
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure product relevance and adoption
- Foster collaboration between all business areas such as local and central OPEX teams and OAT and the DAIA / BSS team
- Develop and conduct in-house trainings by running part of the OPEX Academy to enable and enhance self-service tool usage in the EUNA region
Strategic leadership and product ownership
- Act as Business Product Owner for the OPEX Inhouse analytical product (OPEX Suite, consisting of OPEX Engine and OPEX PBI)
- Lead the product development of the OPEX Suite inc. backlog management, sprint planning & review & retro, stakeholder alignment in close alignment with Technical Product Owner (IT)
- Lead the bug triage and resolution processes, inc. testing and deployment planning in collaboration with it (lead developer and Technical Product Owner)
- Foster collaboration for new digital product ideations; Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and AI integration for Commercial functions in EUNA (Sales, Marketing, S&CM, Finance) Drive commercial digital transformation by promoting adoption and identifying opportunities for increased automation and digitization (OPEX Suite 2.0 & other EUNA digital products)
- Lead ext. technology scouting for analytics & data and lead the partner management to increase Sales effectiveness for EUNA
- Drive business transformation and enable business growth for EUNA by building impactful commercial analytics, data pipelines and technological solutions in close collaboration with IT
Your Profile
- 8-12 years' experience in commercial analytics, data management, or product ownership roles
- Solid leadership experience in mentoring and enabling distributed analytics teams
- International experience, leading complex projects and programs on regional or global level with x-functional team leadership experience and influencing in a matrix
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT • Broad experience in FMCG with track record of delivering solutions in analytics, data & technology • Solid operational commercial experience, especially in Sales (assortment optimization, price/promo optimization, distribution optimization)
- Strong experience in embedding analytical & reporting tools; first knowledge in driving AI-based data cleansing, data enrichment and analytics & insight generation
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their applications to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support innovation in analytics and reporting
- Exposure to data governance frameworks & integration of external data sources (e.g., retailer data)
- Strong experience in using Power BI/Tableau; Phyton, SQL, and statistical modeling is a plus
- High level of drive to get things done with a strong pro-active attitude
