What are we looking for?

Initially limited to 2 years, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and monitor a highly complex process engineering plant and its peripherals.
Diagnose and fix machine problems independently and perform autonomous maintenance tasks — be our on-site problem solver.
Accurately record and document data in SAP or similar systems.
Maintain quality standards and safety: regularly inspect products and ensure safe handling of chemicals.
Work collaboratively with internal and external interfaces, including suppliers, procurement, safety, maintenance, and production planning.
Possess a completed vocational training in an industrial profession, e.g., process mechanic, chemical technician, or a comparable qualification.
Have quick comprehension skills, responsible and careful actions.
Have solid knowledge in quality assurance.
Bring several years of experience in industrial production, preferably with PTFE or chemical processes.
Be eager to develop continuously and explore new departments.
Work conscientiously and precisely with open, customer-oriented communication.
Value teamwork, reliability, mutual support, and collaborative problem-solving.
