Apprentice Business Analyst - Non-Technology

Deutsche Bank is seeking motivated individuals for an Apprentice Role in Non-Technology within the Corporate Bank's Transformation Office, focusing on Project Management and Business Analysis functions. This is a 12-month apprenticeship opportunity based in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Understand complexities of business applications and contribute to enhancements and process reengineering.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Integrate AI tools into processes and procedures.
• Support governance standards implementation across the project portfolio.
• Track, monitor, and update project deliverables status.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to communicate project schedules and implementation updates.
• Assist PMO manager in developing IT Project Standards guide, incorporating best practices from multiple teams.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL, Agile methodologies, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with automation tools such as VBA, Python, Power Automate.
