Apprenticeship

Every year on 1 August, we offer apprenticeships as IT specialists (m/f/d) specialising in system integration. The apprenticeship is dual in nature, taking place at our company and at vocational school, lasting three years. As a future IT specialist, you will learn to set up, maintain and further develop the computer and network infrastructure of DSA and our customers. In our systems department, you will work together with dedicated colleagues on forward‑looking solutions for DSA and the international automotive industry, as well as on intelligent scheduling solutions for the ready‑mixed concrete industry.

The training programme starts on 1th of August 2026!

Your Tasks

• During the practical part of your training, you get to know our different areas of work and get a good understanding of IT systems, IT infrastructure, and our hardware and software solutions.
• Together with experienced system integrators, you will work on interesting projects in‑house and for customers all over the world.
• You will gain insights into the diversity of automotive electronics and software as well as the logistical challenges of the building materials industry.
• The in‑company training is supplemented by attending vocational school, where the theoretical basics are deepened.

Your Profile

• You have a general university entrance qualification (A‑levels) or a technical college qualification.
• You are fascinated by everything to do with technology.
• You have a strong ability to think and work systematically.
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
