About the Role:

The Approval Planner will coordinate and manage approval procedures for infrastructure projects, working closely within an interdisciplinary team of technical planners and environmental specialists. The role involves preparing and submitting approval documentation, liaising with authorities, and ensuring that regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate approval procedures in collaboration with technical planning and environmental teams.
• Prepare, compile, and submit approval documentation to relevant authorities.
• Monitor and track the progress of approval processes, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
• Organise, prepare, and participate in coordination meetings with authorities and stakeholders.
• Gather and review information on existing services and utilities from property owners, electricity grid operators, and local utility and disposal companies.
• Support project teams by ensuring all regulatory and permitting requirements are clearly understood and integrated into project planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to approvals and correspondence.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in approval planning, permitting, or regulatory coordination within infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
• Understanding of approval procedures for road crossings is desirable.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in German and English (required).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Integrates sustainable thinking into day-to-day decisions and actions.

• Demonstrates a strong teamworking approach, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
