In this position as ArabicOnline Marketing Sales Agent (m/f/d) , you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

With the following conditions:

as soon as possible | full time | Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Support languages: Arabic (C1) and English (B2) | Service hours: Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 5.15pm | a fix Salary: 2.750,00€ gross/ month | a monthly Bonus: up to 687,00€ | temporary contract

What you will do in this role

As an Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• Youidentify sales opportunities and providing your businesses-contacts with the best solution.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carrying out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitoring success.
• Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.
• Sustainably improve the customer experience bypromoting optimal and appropriate product use.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluently inword and speech in Arabic (minimum C1) and havevery good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Have at least1 year of experience in Sales – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
• Wouldlike to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
• Ownstrong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• Haveexcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Canguarantee a Fulltime valid working visa for Germany - no student visa accepted.

Ideally you already have:

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
