• Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team.
• Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement
• Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan
• Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction
• Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestlé policy

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Distributor Management
• Solid experience in direct accounts
• Possesses skills in MS Excel and Power Point presentation
• Have driving license and be able to travel to area assigned
