We are looking for a commercially driven, technically confident Area Sales Manager (Europe) to build and expand our footprint across the wider European market.

Your Mission

As Area Sales Manager, you are the entrepreneurial driver of our growth in Europe. You identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and guide customers through the adoption of next‑generation autonomous solutions.

You will act as the primary commercial interface between TractEasy and customers in your territory, owning the full commercial cycle from opportunity development to long‑term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across assigned European markets
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers at airports and industrial operators
  • Understand customer operations and align technical solutions accordingly
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close complex B2B sales cycles
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver compelling technical proposals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning
  • Monitor regional market developments and competitor positioning
  • Ensure CRM documentation, opportunity tracking, and order management
  • Manage commercial risk, including credit assessment in line with company policy
  • Represent TractEasy at trade fairs, industry events, and customer demonstrations

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales (industrial equipment, aviation, automation, or similar)
  • Strong mechanical and technical understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Structured working style and CRM proficiency
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%
