Area Sales Manager – Region Central, Eastern Switzerland & Tessin (m/f/d)

What you would do on an ordinary day at work.

• In your area (Region Central/Eastern Switzerland and Tessin), you personally know all your customers and those who want to become customers.
• Wanna go out? Customer visits, roadshows, events and trade fairs are only half as colorful without you.
• With sales targets firmly in sight, you always decide on the appropriate measures to achieve them.
• You know exactly what is happening in the market and develop solutions that have never been seen before.
• Quotation management, master data maintenance, reporting and visit planning - a wide variety of tasks bring color into your day.

What you bring to us.

• You bring our extraordinary mindset to Central/Eastern Switzerland and Tessin – because this is your home.
• You have a completed university degree in natural sciences / biology or comparable field – a Master’s degree is mandatory and a PhD.
• Alternatively, you have an excellent scientific background (e.g. very experienced lab technician) plus a Master’s degree and are eager to combine science and sales.
• Field service is not new territory for you – at least two years of professional experience are the ideal basis.
• German/Swiss German and English at a very high level (equivalent to C2) are a must – you feel confident in discussions, negotiations and presentations in both languages.
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage and helps you connect even better with our customers in Tessin.
