Your contribution

• You own the end-to-end delivery of all CGM Hospital Information System products, from our next-gen cloud platform to our established on-prem solutions, and ensure world-class execution across the entire portfolio
• You translate CGM's business and product strategy into a scalable technology roadmap, balance innovation with legacy constraints, and consistently ship high-quality releases on time and within budget
• You lead, grow and inspire a distributed engineering organisation of 200+ FTE, building high-performing teams, developing future leaders and attracting top talent into CGM
• You drive a modern, data-driven software development culture, fostering innovation, risk-taking and continuous improvement across architecture, UX, quality and operations
• You act as a key business partner to Product, Sales, Marketing and Services, aligning priorities, managing stakeholder expectations and representing Engineering towards executive leadership and strategic customers

What you bring along

• Several years (5+) of proven success leading large, distributed and cross-functional engineering organisations delivering complex, ERP-like enterprise products at scale, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
• A university defgree in Computer Science or a closely related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable and underlines your business and leadership profile
• Deep hands-on technical and architectural expertise (SaaS/Cloud, multi-tenant architectures, security, data platforms, DevOps), a strong track record in Agile/Lean transformation and experience transitioning on-prem products to scalable cloud services
• Excellent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken, allowing you to operate confidently with executives, international teams and key customers
• A modern, inspiring leadership style, entrepreneurial, hands-on, collaborative and resilient, with strong communication skills, high integrity, a passion for building outstanding teams and the ability to drive change and hold teams accountable for ambitious goals
