Art Director / Content Creator Social Media (d/f/m)

Several years of professional experience in motion design, digital creative production, or related fields.

Process and production reliability: You manage projects holistically (together with project management and copywriting) from concept to final release, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders in a structured and dependable manner.

Digital DNA: You are proficient in social media, digital campaigns, and modern 2D/3D motion design.

Motion design expertise: Excellent knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.

Experience with sound design and voice-overs.

Broad project portfolio: Social media assets, editing, motion graphics, digital campaigns.

Social-first approach: You understand how content works for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—and develop platform-optimized video.

Visual flair: Trends, storytelling, timing, dramaturgy - you bring ideas to life visually and narratively.

AI Expertise: Proficient in using common AI tools for images, video, and animation (GenAI video, AI compositing, prompting, AI-supported post-production). You integrate AI meaningfully, with curiosity and responsibility, into the process.

Team Player: Communicative, open, and possesses strong interdisciplinary skills.

Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.

Mindset: Humorous, easygoing, and enjoys working collaboratively.
