Art Director (m/f/d) as a parental leave replacement

Your tasks:

• You are part of the marketing team consisting of the areas of art direction, text and content, online marketing, CRM and e-commerce
• Responsibility for the visual appearance of our hotel brands and their outlets, online and offline (A-ROSA, aja, HENRI Hotels, Urban Nature, Hotel Louis C. Jacob)
• Conceptual development, design and adaptation of a wide range of media (adverts, advertorials, brochures, in-house materials, online banners, newsletters, social media, websites, presentations, etc.)
• Image editing and retouching, final artwork, print data creation and print processing
• You will work closely with colleagues in the Development, Human Resources and Operations departments

You bring with you:

• A degree in communication design and at least four years of agency experience
• Very confident and experienced handling of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Pragmatic, solution-orientated way of working: In addition to the implementation of design concepts in professional design tools, you will also support the preparation of presentations and documents in PowerPoint or Word if required
• Sound experience in the conception and design of advertising materials, the development of corporate design systems and the implementation of cross-media campaigns (print & digital)
• Knowledge and practical experience in the field of UX/UI design and ideally basic know-how in the field of animation/moving images
• High quality awareness and a keen eye for detail and design
• Independent realisation of projects from conception to final artwork
• Structured, reliable way of working and confident project management with parallel tasks
