What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute validation plans for photonic and electrical ASICs at system and chip level.
• Perform lab‑based testing and characterization of photonic and electrical ASICs using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNA and other measurement equipment.
• Debug and analyze failures on silicon, using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Automate validation workflows using Python, Perl, Shell, or Matlab scripts.
• Document test results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
• Support bring‑up of new ASICs and system integration.

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience with lab characterization and RF measurements.
• Experience with on‑die measurement with probe cards.
• Familiarity with lab equipment.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation.
• Team spirit and excellent communication.
• Background in full custom analog/mixed‑signal IC design.
• Fluency in English.
