A highly successful and rapidly expanding pan-European real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive performance across its growing portfolio in Germany, Austria and CEE, The firm specialises in institutional-grade logistics and light industrial assets and has built a reputation for outstanding execution and long-term investor returns.

You will be the lead asset manager for Germany

Own the strategy, execution, and value creation across the German portfolio

Hands-on value creation

Drive leasing, repositioning, ESG enhancement, and capex initiatives across state-of-the-art logistics assets — making a real, tangible commercial impact.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the full asset lifecycle — from onboarding and development oversight through leasing, performance optimisation, ESG strategy, and supporting divestments. This includes:

• Negotiating leases & broker engagement
• Managing property managers & suppliers
• Overseeing capex & commercialisation plans
• Improving operational and financial performance
• Leading sustainability initiatives and certifications
• Acting as the key regional point of contact internally & externally

You Bring

• 5–7+ years of asset management experience with some exposure to logistics assets
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Financial acumen and commercial mindset
• High energy, problem-solving attitude, and adaptability in a scaling organisation
• Fluency in German and English

The role requires regular travel around Germany and parts of CEE.
