Asset Manager (m/f/d) - Real Estate

We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced Asset Manager to join a Berlin-based real estate investment firm.

About the role

Our client focuses on value-add investment strategies, primarily across office assets, with selective exposure to the hotel sector. The position offers the opportunity to actively manage and optimize a diverse portfolio, driving performance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic and operational asset management of office properties and selected hotel assets
• Identification and execution of value-add initiatives (leasing, repositioning, capex)
• Business plan development, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and service providers
• Monitoring market trends and supporting investment decisions

Your profile

• Several years of experience in asset management or a related real estate role
• Strong understanding of value-add strategies, particularly in office assets
• Experience with hotel assets is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong financial and commercial skills
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous
