Asset Manager – Residential Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Asset Manager

to join our client’s team in Berlin, focusing on

residential real estate . In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, driving value creation, and supporting strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the performance of residential property portfolios Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize returns and enhance property value Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis for stakeholders Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency Support acquisitions and disposals with financial analysis and due diligence Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio growth

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in

real estate asset management , preferably in residential properties Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in German and English
