YOUR MISSION

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!
• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.
• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!
• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
• You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
• Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails
• Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
