What awaits you: Secretarial work and organizational tasks e.g. organization and coordination of appointments, business correspondence and monitoring of departmental budget Administrative activities related to accounting, supplier management and payments (ARIBA) Administrative activities related to business trip planning (Cytric) and related travel expense reporting for department head Planning and monitoring of internal and external meetings and events, including planning and implementation of related logistics Hospitality and care of guests and employees Participation in projects within the department or cross-functional teams with focus e.g. on market intelligence and marketing. Support projects (e.g. market analysis, product innovation, marketing campaigns, conference planning/attendance, etc.) Support communication activities (e.g. for product marketing, social media, etc.) Lead and support the preparation of presentations for external & internal meetings

What you'll need to succeed: Completed apprenticeship and/or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, e.g. in economics Excellent knowledge of MS office Excellent skills German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) Experience in project management and internal & external communication Ethics & Values Compassion Self Development Priority Setting Drive for Results Empathy Customer orientation Organizational skills
