Assistant (m/f/d) in the IT Department Part-time

The Mammography Cooperation Group, based in Berlin, is responsible for coordinating, quality assurance, and evaluation of the mammography screening program in Germany. It is jointly supported by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds and the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians. The program for the early detection of breast cancer is aimed at more than 14 million women.
We are looking for reliable and competent support for our IT department as soon as possible.
Assistant (m/f/d) in the IT department
Part-time (20 hours/week), permanent position

Your tasks

• Central tasks in network administration and IT support
• First and second level support for our employees (hardware and software)
• Maintenance, support, and further development of our local network and server infrastructure
• Setup and maintenance of Windows clients, Office/365 environments, and peripherals
• User and rights management
• Support with IT security measures and documentation
• Optional: simple database maintenance (e.g., contact management, minor adjustments, queries)

You bring

• Practical experience in IT administration or IT support
• Confident knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems and Office/365
• Basic knowledge of networks (LAN, WLAN, router/firewall, VPN)
• Independent, structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking
• Friendly manner and enjoyment of working with users
• Relevant training or a corresponding degree is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
