Assistant Office Manager - Full Time

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Assistant Dental Office Manager to help keep our office running smoothly and our patients smiling.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and coordination.
• Ensure patients have a seamless and positive experience.
• Help manage billing, insurance, and financial processes.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies.
• Align the clinic with company values, standards, and operational best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance.
• Resolve staff and patient concerns quickly and effectively.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management or 5+ years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in various situations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Suite; dental software experience is required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to start date.
• Successful completion of background check (including criminal record check) and urinalysis.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must already reside in Germany.
