Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Unternehmensorganisation und Koordination von (administrativen) Aufgaben
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Reisen- / Terminkoordinationen
• Organisation von externen / internen Meetings bzw. Tagungen z.B. Jahrestagung mit mehr als 100 Personen
• Unterstützung und Durchführung von Projekt bezogenen Aufgaben.
• Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Präsentationen / Übersetzungen
• Unterstützung im Einkaufsprozess und Vertretung der Marketing & Sales Koordinatoren
• Office Management für das Münchner Büro in Vertretung

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
• Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement Kommunikation Priorisierung und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Professionelle Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
• Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang insbesondere PPT und XLS
• Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamplayer
• Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
