Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) - Wolfsburg Outlet Pop-Up

Pop‑up location in Wolfsburg (12‑month duration). We are seeking a full‑time Assistant Store Manager to help us reach sales and profit targets, lead daily operations, and create a store environment aligned with the Corporate Identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the store and sales staff.
• Achieve sales and profit targets.
• Continuously improve service quality and create a store ambience in line with the corporate identity.
• Report results to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, work cross‑departmentally, and plan proactively.
• Strong communication skills (honest, open, constructive).
• Inclusive culture mindset.
• Enjoy working with international customers.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
