Assistant Store Manager m/w /d

Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (Festanstellung).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for children and families, ensuring high levels of service.
• Act as a motivational role model for the store team.
• Handle personnel planning, hire suitable candidates, and support staff development.
• Set goals and concrete actions with sales staff to achieve store performance targets.
• Take responsibility for daily operations, store budget, and sales results.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail professional with proven sales achievements, preferably in a well-known retail company.
• Comfortable with budget, revenue, and leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of inventory optimisation.
• Good command of English.
