Job Overview:

As a university graduate, you will start as a (Junior) Associate Consultant, analyzing disruptive digital technologies and business processes while identifying areas for improvement in context of digitalization/ IT. You are part of an experienced team with highly experienced management consultants to help our clients harness the power of technologies in order to achieve business objectives. Joining with an eagerness to learn and a desire to develop professionally in the consulting sector, a very steep learning curve is guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital and IT strategies to meet clients' business objectives
• Support the creation of comprehensive strategic plans, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and analysis

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct extensive market and industry research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital and IT sectors
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and support the formulation of client solutions

Client Engagement:

• Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic goals
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and facilitate the successful execution of strategic initiatives

Project Management:

• Support senior consultants in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• Experience in digital/ IT consulting or related roles, with a focus on digital, technology or IT preferred
• At least one internship in international management/ IT consultancy

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Initial exposure to digital technologies and platforms
• Advanced language proficiency/ full professional in English and German (both at least C1)
