Role Overview

The Associate IT Expert supports operational order management processes within a hardware supply chain and logistics environment. The role focuses on coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end logistics workflows related to IT components, ensuring efficient and structured execution of all order-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track orders related to IT hardware components
• Plan and manage incoming orders (daily, weekly, and monthly planning)
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics activities across the entire operational supply chain
• Maintain and document order data for processes such as rollout, rollback, and relocations
• Prepare operational reports on order volume, status, and processing performance
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization (continuous improvement initiatives)
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners
• Support inventory processes and assist in resolving discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Initial professional experience in logistics or operational business processes
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., order and transport management systems)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working approach

Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics processes and operational order handling
• Experience in order processing, coordination, and tracking within logistics workflows
• Experience in problem-solving within logistics operations, including stakeholder communication and issue resolution

Language Requirements

• German: C1 level
• English: B1 level
