We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a motivated and analytical

Associate

to join their

Private Equity Real Estate (PERE)

team in Berlin.

Your Responsibilities: Support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of real estate investment opportunities Build and maintain financial models and investment analyses Assist in due diligence processes and transaction execution Monitor portfolio performance and prepare investor reports Work closely with internal teams and external partners

Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field Minimum

3–4 years of relevant professional experience

in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or consulting Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication skills in German and English High level of motivation, responsibility, and teamwork
