As a GDRE (Global Delivery Resourcing and Execution) Associate Project Manager (APM) , you are in a role that is essential to the success of the Global Project Delivery at NetApp. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing professional services projects for NetApp's clients. The ideal candidate will oversee managing all project‑related processes and internal systems to ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational objectives and project closure procedures. The Associate Project Manager (APM) will define the project scope, resource needs, foster effective customer engagement, and oversee collaboration among technical teams. Additionally, the APM will handle project financial reporting, encompassing revenue forecasting and recognition. This pivotal role demands a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork across internal project teams. It is a dynamic and fast‑paced role that necessitates critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer‑centric mindset, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
The Associate Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the GDRE team, field project managers, PS and sales customer managers, technical teams, and PS delivery partners to ensure seamless project execution. The APM will play a crucial role in supporting and efficiently coordinating the various project teams involved in the project lifecycle. Building strong and productive relationships is a fundamental aspect of this position, encompassing both internal stakeholders and external customers. Effective collaboration and partnership with all parties involved are essential for project success and customer satisfaction.
