Associate Solution Engineer (w/m/d)

As an Associate Solution Engineer , you will play a key role in bringing our platform to life behind the scenes. Working closely with our project managers, you’ll configure and implement various platform components to meet client‑specific requirements. This is a back‑office, technical role with no direct client contact. All tasks will be clearly defined and prepared by our project managers, allowing you to focus on accurate and efficient configuration work.

You will contribute to different parts of our platform, including:

• Our document engine
• Our process engine (Camunda)
• Our booking funnel engine
• Our premium calculator

Responsibilities

• Configuring BPMN workflows in Camunda process engine
• Configuring web booking funnels via HTML and CSS
• Converting Excel functions to formulas using python + excel language
• Configuring docX documents or HTML documents

What you bring

• A good learning mindset (eager to learn about the domain)
• You love solving problems!
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS required, comfortable using DocX
• IT affinity
• IT background/courses
• Fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) is a must

Optional Skills

• Preferably Python coding skills
• Background in business IT is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science
