Are you looking for a role where you can lead complex sales opportunities and create real impact?

Then this position is for you.

This role goes beyond migrations. You will also be responsible for positioning and selling the full Atlassian product suite to organizations that do not yet use Atlassian or that want to expand adoption across new business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities related to migrations from Server and Data Center, as well as full Atlassian implementations.
  • Identify potential accounts that do not currently use Atlassian tools and lead the full sales cycle, from needs discovery to deal closure.
  • Expand Atlassian adoption within existing customers by promoting new use cases across different business units.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Understand both technical and business requirements to design tailored solutions using products such as Jira, Confluence, or Rovo.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and sales managers to prepare and deliver customized commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed semi‑annual sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian innovations, including AI capabilities, advanced analytics, and teamwork graph.

Required Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the technology sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling Atlassian Cloud solutions, including migrations from Server/Data Center or managing on‑premise to SaaS migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Guard, and other Atlassian tools, or experience with comparable platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
  • Proven experience in consultative SaaS sales and subscription‑based business models.
  • Clear and effective communication skills at executive level.
  • Strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and growth mindset.
