The Organizational Development Department at Audi is a driver for the companies transformation and trusted advisor to our top management. We develop and implement organizational solutions that support our strategy, drive efficiency and innovation for the Audi Group and our international subsidiaries.

Aufgaben

• Consult business units on future-proof processes and organizational setup
• Drive innovative solutions for cross-functional collaboration and efficient decision making processes
• Develop international steering concepts for the Audi Brand Group
• You will complete the first project within your target field Organisational Development & Transformation
• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Qualifikation

• A university degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., advanced University degree in business, engineering, psychology ) or a similar qualification
• Above-average academic performance
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent English and German A2
• Relevantextra-curricular commitment
