Within Audi Sales, the Sales Management division is responsible for overarching product and sales coordination, including global performance steering and the market launch of new vehicle offerings. The unit collaborates closely with product marketing, brand strategy, digital business, sales strategy, retail development, and controlling.
After completing the program, you will join a team focusing on performance management for international markets, supporting data driven decision making, sales process transparency, and the evaluation of product measures across global regions.
Aufgaben
- You will complete the first project within your target field Performance Management Sales Overseas.
- During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad.
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e.g., assembly).
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community.
- After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field.
Qualifikation
- A university degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business Management, International Management, Economics, Engineering) or a similar qualification.
- Above‑average academic performance.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems, data analysis skills, programming languages (SQL, Python).
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester.
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships.
- Fluent English and good German language skills (B2).
- Relevant extra‑curricular commitment.
