At Corporate Protection / Real Estate, we safeguard our employees, production sites, and the environment. AUDI AG has consolidated the management and operation of its real estate within the CPRE Corporate Protection / Real Estate division. We are the primary point of contact for approximately 8.3 million square meters of development, production, sales, office, and land space, comprising around 450 owned and 120 leased buildings. We plan, construct, and operate facilities and buildings and provide all associated services. With passion, we support our internal Audi customers in achieving their real estate-related goals and create sustainable value.

Aufgaben

• Strategic assessment of real estate finance within Corporate Real Estate
• Representation of Corporate Real Estate interests within Audi’s financial domain
• Development of assetspecific real estate financing structures
• Structuring of real estate and equity investment management
• You will complete the first project within your target field Real Estate Equity and Finance Management
• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Qualifikation

• A university degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., University degree in Real Estate and Construction Management, Master degree in Real Estate Management, University degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Real Estate Management) or a similar qualification
• Above-average academic performance
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent English and German B2
• Relevantextra-curricular commitment
