We are responsible for the design and global deployment of the Audi Production System.

Starting from a strong customer-value-focus, we aim to support Audi's Production in creating lean processes, layouts and structures. To this end, we not only develop the conceptual framework and tools that guide Audi's production planning and plant operation, but also work on "hands-on" projects that help to shape and optimize Audi's Production everyday.

We think and act cross-functionally, always looking at the "bigger picture" (e.g. value streams) and work closely with our partners from all production departments.

Aufgaben

• Analyze/Research technology trends, industry benchmarks and VW Group best practices to derive solutions and recommendations for the advancement of the Audi Production System
• Design the future of the Audi Production System - incorporating state-of-the-art approaches and smart/digital tools
• Lead/support strategic projects and initiatives that help to shape the Audi Production
• You will complete the first project within your target field Strategic Planning - Audi Production System
• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e.g., assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Qualifikation

• A university degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Degree in Business, Engineering or similar required—ideally with specialization in automotive production) or a similar qualification
• Above-average academic performance
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent English and German B2
• Relevantextra-curricular commitment
