**Ihre Rolle****Your responsibilities*** You will be responsible for approvals as a program manager in accordance with § 178 SGB III in conjunction with AZAV.* You will continuously manage and develop the audit processes and internal quality assurance.* You will chair the evaluation committee and make important certification decisions.* You will be responsible for the complaints procedure, organize training courses, and promote the exchange of experience within the team.* You will take care of the company's external image, e.g., website and news pages, in cooperation with marketing.* You will create new processes and documents in the field of education to ensure that standards are always up to date.* You will take over the approval of measures in accordance with AZAV and ensure smooth processes.**Your Benefits**An efficient and friendly team, a collegial, systematic induction and interesting training opportunities.
