Lead automation members for industrialization

1. PLC & Robot programming support in industrialization
2. Simulation & virtual commissioning
3. Responsible for electrical design of new equipment
4. Wrote project related specifications, operation manuals, operation manuals, fault explanations and other documents
5. Technical support and standardization formulation, Support supplier follow our standardization
6. Identify & propose new ideas for advanced automation to increase the level of automation in the factory
7. Continuousoptimization project strategy in close alignment with the stakeholders
8. Organize Lessons Learned and Best Practice sharing out of the projects into the plants and production network
9. Electrical design ,flow Standardization;
10. Technical support;
11. Support dashboard, digitalization ,DPLP
12. Support global strategy for industrial4.0
13. Support new equipment check ,acceptance and KPI improvement
14. Trackthe status of feedback and requirements
15. Improve the "Digital Industrialization" together with EPMs, HUBs and locations
16. Drive employees to operational excellence and ensure individual growth in competencies valuable for business/ program
17. Skill gap analysis and closing gaps
18. Build high performing teams
19. Develop new teams and successors
20. Enhance and support digital visualization of resource -and process changes
21. help to accelerate time-to-production in any scenario

Qualifications

Customer, BU and Operations Organization:

• Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures
• Knows the methods, tools and contact persons for managing the project in operations
• Knows existing processes and requirements from the customer

Project Management

• knowledge of the Product Life Cycle & necessary tasks & deliverables
• Scheduling of project KPI & targets >> tracking and reporting of those to secure the success of the project
• Guidance & Communication: able to take the initiative and communicate the expectations clearly
• Risk Management & Problem Solving to foresee and overcome blocking points

Automation Knowledge

• Knowledge of the existing technologies & business applications
• High affinity for automation topics, e.g. robotics & handling, PLC
• Lean Manufacturing methods & tools

Quality Knowledge

• Knowledge of key operational indicators (OEE, Cycle-Time, FPY, 0-km ppm, Field PPM, warranty, scrap ratio)
• Quality tools and methods for problem analysis, solving (fishbone analysis, 5 Why, etc.)
• Process improvement tool (Yotoken)

Staff Management

• Delegation of tasks to the Operations Team members
• Team work, intercultural skills

Change Management and Problem Resolution Management

• Estimation the impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions within operations.
• Support the implementation of changes following rules and keeping stakeholders up to date
• Drive processes in plant to have in time resolutions

Communications

• Networking with other experts locations and technical communities.
• English Languages
