Automation Program Manager – Pharma Manufacturing (Siemens PCS7)

We are looking for an

Automation Program Manager

to lead the integration and standardisation of manufacturing and laboratory equipment across pharma production and QC environments. You will drive the automation roadmap and oversee integration of equipment into **Siemens PCS 7 and lab systems

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

automation integration strategy

across process and lab equipment Standardise connectivity to PCS7 using protocols such as

OPC UA and Modbus Manage vendors and internal engineering teams delivering integrations Ensure systems meet

GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements Oversee

FAT, SAT, commissioning and validation (CSV)

activities Define automation standards aligned with

ISA-88 / ISA-95

Requirements

8+ years in

industrial / process automation Strong experience with

PCS7, DCS, PLC or SCADA environments Experience in

pharma, biotech or GMP-regulated manufacturing Knowledge of

equipment integration and automation architecture Experience working with

automation vendors and engineering teams Fluent

German and English
