Automotive Manufacturing Product Testing Engineer (m/f/d) – Jülich

Your mission

• Develop test plans based on testing requirements, and independently establish and implement factory testing procedures.
• Apply the core methods of product testing in the factory, identify testing risks, quickly analyze, locate and solve problems that occur during testing, and optimize the testing plan.
• Use various testing instruments (Power Supply / Multimeter / Oscilloscope).
• Analyze equipment faults and production deviations, define corrective measures and drive sustainable improvements in yield and production capacity.
• Develop, maintain and improve software for automotive product, including testing of ECU/TCU/MCU/IVI related part.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers on automation-related topics.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or university studies in computer science, electronics or a comparable technical field.
• Proficient in Python / LabVIEW programming languages. Candidates with project development experience will be given priority.
• Professional testing experience in automotive product factory (ADAS Product).
• Ability to quickly analyze, locate and solve problems that occur during testing. Strong analytical skills to identify and assess root causes, implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• English skills sufficient for communication in an international manufacturing environment.
• Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
