Your mission

As an Automotive Strategy Project Lead, you'll be at the heart of shaping the automotive industry of tomorrow. With your passion for e‑mobility, you'll drive the digital and sustainable evolution of major automotive manufacturers. Topics like electrification, digital transformation, and innovative sales models are more than just buzzwords for you; they represent the future you'll actively help shape. This is what you can expect

• Shape the future of digital mobility.
• You will optimally equip globally active automotive manufacturers for their digital transformation. To this end, you will develop robust strategies along the entire value chain – and integrate technologies such as AI, Big Data and Cloud directly into concrete business projects.
• Lead complex projects.
• You'll take the reins in innovation projects and support OEM organizations as a proven transformation expert. Your tools: reliability and a keen eye for strategic decisions. This is how you'll guide our projects to success while meeting the highest quality standards.
• With your holistic consulting approach, from concept and strategy development to implementation, you create real added value for our clients. They particularly appreciate your clear and transparent communication style and your impressive commitment to achieving excellent results.

Qualifications

• You have a completed Master’s degree with a focus on business administration, engineering, natural sciences or technology.
• You have at least four years of professional experience in management consulting or in an IT strategic role at an OEM – including project management.
• You take on responsibility within the team and empower your colleagues to grow. Because for you, it's clear: sustainable project success can only be achieved together.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English. Communication is your strength – on an international level and with a wide variety of clients.
