Responsibilities

You manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow‑up actions.

You ensure adherence to safety, work instructions, and quality standards, escalating issues as per protocols.

You lead meetings, annual reviews, succession planning, and promote continuous improvement.

You foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements.

You enforce health, safety, and environmental rules, and oversee equipment maintenance.

You ensure customer satisfaction, SQCDM performance, and profitability by meeting and improving targets.

You lead daily problem‑solving, ergonomic risk elimination, and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics.

You contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth start‑ups and layout optimizations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical).

Several years of professional experience in the production area.

Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D, etc.).

Very good analytical skills and ability to solve problems.

Very good communication skills.

Fluent in German and English.
