AVIATION - HR- Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Support the coordination of contingent workforce subcontracting activities together with Procurement and other main stakeholders.

• Participate in work specifications definition for subcontracting of employment/recruitment services and tools together with local teams and Procurement in line with multidivisional organization set-up.

• Support key stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in of harmonized processes in coordination with local teams.

• Support follow-up of subcontracted Recruitment activities (tools and services) in line with defined performance measurement applicable to Suppliers.

• Participate in implementing appropriate performance indicators for services subcontracted.

• Support implementation of best-performing solutions and continuous improvement initiatives for Subcontracted services.

• Actively participate in harmonized process improvement for the transformation of Temporary Workforce through active participation in the VMS_MSP Project.

Skills:

• Ability to manage stakeholders & internal customers.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Good collaboration with different stakeholders (within team and external).

• Sensitive to customer needs to develop good client relationships.
