Your mission

didais one of the leading machine learning agencies with contracts and projects in academia, the public sector and industry. Our team, consisting mostly of Machine Learning Scientists, contributes to developments and innovations in the field of Artificial Intelligence. We believe that research-driven thinking can help solve real-world problems more efficiently and want to contribute to the conscious development and integration of machine learning in all areas of society. One of our goals is to define and shape the Machine Learning industry and its products. To achieve this, our marketing team is responsible for generating visibility, spreading dida’s image of a highly technical and trustworthy AI partner.

Tasks:

• Be responsible for generating visibility, spreading dida’s image of a highly technical and trustworthy AI partner
• Lead and drive our marketing activities pro-actively and take complete responsibility for some of our marketing channels, pushing them forward long term
• Work together with our ML Scientist, take the team’s sophisticated contents and translate them into marketing contents
• spread the word, why and how dida manages to find better machine learning solutions than competitors or in-house teams

Your Profile

• You have an academic degree in business, marketing or a related field (or a technical degree, for example in physics, mathematics or computer science).

• You already have some years (3+ years) of experience in marketing-related positions.

• Experience in marketing related to technical products or IT services is a bonus.

• You have some (conceptual) knowledge of machine learning; some more detailed knowledge is helpful, but not strictly necessary.

• You are a hands-on person who can motivate machine learning scientists to participate in the creation of marketing contents.

• You have high quality expectations and a high motivation to deliver excellent content.

• You live in Berlin or plan to move here and want to come to the office at least 2x per week, to really become part of dida and our team.

• Communicating in German and producing German content is easy for you, German is your mother tongue or you are at a similar level, at the same time you can communicate fluently with colleagues and the team in English.
